An experienced private banker with nearly two decades in the industry, having worked at RBS, Coutts and Handelsbanken. Ben has a deep understanding of the banking, lending and wealth management requirements of high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals. Ben has specific experience of the lending facilities utilised by these individuals and how they are structured, approved and monitored.

Ben has also spent 6 years as a Trustee of a UK PLC bank pension scheme where he gained invaluable experience in the management, governance, and oversight of employees’ pension arrangements.

He has recently co-founded and is the CEO of a new finance business, Balance FS. This business is actively looking to support the VC & Innovation economy with better access to debt capital, to support the future growth of UK business and technology.
