Clive is a governance, compliance and risk (“GCR”) expert of 30+ years of experience. He started at the Bank of England, the UK’s Central Bank, later joining M&G Group Plc, a leading asset manager. In 2003 he joined International Financial Data Services, a global provider of outsourced services to the fund management, platforms, wealth management and pensions industry, as the Group Risk & Compliance Director. He is currently an advisor to a group of media/tv companies.

He is a chartered Fellow (Hon) of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and has served as a director, trustee, non-executive director, and chairman of various companies and industry bodies.

Outsourced services, governance frameworks and controls, risk-based assessments, oversight activities, due diligence, service legal agreements, and exit planning.
